POSH Act: A Big Step for Workplace Sexual Harassment Prevention

Softuvo Solutions is pleased to announce that we have implemented a POSH policy at our workplace to create a safe working environment for our employees. We aim to create a workplace where the employees can work without any gender bias, fear of prejudice, and sexual harassment. Softuvo has a zero-tolerance for sexual harassment and believes that all employees should be treated with respect and dignity.


In line with the Supreme Court's Guideline of the POSH Act 2013, we have implemented a POSH policy in Softuvo. An internal committee has been formed to take care of such events and ensure that employees in the company work in an environment that is safe from any form of discrimination or conduct which can be considered coercive, harassing, or disruptive.


We truly believe that having gender-sensitive workplaces are important not just for personal satisfaction but also for the growth of the Nation as a whole. With this major step of implementing the POSH act, we look forward to ensuring a safe and secure workplace for all our employees.
